PAN™ (Parent Ambassador Network) and Age-and-Stage® and related names, logos, product names, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of North Star Marketing-Communications, Inc. or its affiliates. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use of any Tassel trademark without our prior written permission is prohibited.

3. Software Ownership

The PAN™ platform, including all associated software, source code, algorithms, user interfaces, and documentation, is owned by North Star Marketing-Communications, Inc. or its licensors. Schools are licensed to use the Service under the School Subscription Agreement and our Terms of Service. No ownership rights are transferred.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as authentication, hosting, email delivery, analytics, and AI providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them beyond their use in the Service.

5. Open Source Software

The Service uses open source software components. Each such component is licensed under its own terms. A list of significant open source components and their licenses is available upon request by emailing andy.lynch@tasselmarketing.com.

6. AI Disclaimer

PAN™ includes AI-assisted features that may generate suggested responses, drafts, summaries, and recommendations. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate suggestions. Users must review AI-generated content before sending or acting on it and remain responsible for all resulting communications and decisions. AI output is informational only and is not legal, educational, admissions, medical, financial, or professional advice.

7. No Professional Advice

Information provided through the Service, including AI output and content contributed by Schools or Parent Ambassadors, is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, educational, admissions, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Prospective families and Authorized Users should consult qualified professionals for advice about their specific situation.

8. Accessibility Commitment

Tassel is committed to making the Service accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. We work toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA as a target and continue to improve the experience. 9. Security Reporting

We appreciate the responsible disclosure of security issues. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in the Service, please email a detailed report to andy.lynch@tasselmarketing.com. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate. Do not access or modify data that does not belong to you, and do not perform testing that degrades the Service.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location in the Service; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
